West Coast Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a West Coast Sales Manager to join our Client Sales and Marketing team. This critical talent will be based in Los Angeles and will be responsible for prospecting, developing and closing new advertising business as well as overseeing clients' advertising campaigns for the west coast territory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a winning, entrepreneurial attitude looking to further develop his or her skillset through a sales role within a dynamic, growing organization.

In addition, you will interface remotely with our award winning Sales Development and Account Management teams in NYC to ensure the production of exceptionally packaged deliverables and executions.

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept it:

  • Manage and maintain current client and agency relationships and build new partnerships with prospective clients
  • Observe industry and market trends and develop plans for achieving strategic goals
  • Drive revenue growth objectives by exceeding quarterly and annual targets
  • Assist in development of stellar marketing presentations that resonate equally with partner and audience demands
  • Assist Sales Development Managers in leading all marketing and RFP brainstorms
  • Track campaign results to leverage and foster further partnerships with clients and to forecast future revenue growth
  • Work seamlessly across entire UrbanDaddy Sales Development team
  • Continually research trending and innovative ad products and bring market-leading solutions into the conversation

From Within Your Arsenal

  • 5-7 years experience in digital ad sales and products, including mobile
  • Previous sales experience with a luxury brand is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of and relationships in automotive, spirit, style, fashion and entertainment verticals
  • Male market experience a plus
  • Relationships with relevant advertising agencies and national clients
  • Ability to hit the ground running and close deals quickly
  • Working knowledge of CPM pricing models
  • Ability to continually identify and break new business
  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting and closing large deals
  • Ability to ideate dynamic, complex and highly targeted integrated concepts, customized to the specific needs of the brand
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
